How listing works

Create an account
Give your company’s tax ID, a company e-mail address, and your AOC number with the authority that issued it. Listing for an operator as a broker? Name the operator that holds the AOC and confirm you are authorised to offer its aircraft.

We check your company, tax ID and AOC automatically, usually within minutes.

Add your fleet
Aircraft, home base and availability, plus empty legs whenever you have them. Add interior photos or a virtual tour (JetPano, Matterport or your own page) and choose when a client may see them: never, after booking, or always.

How requests and payments work
Requests
Each request is concrete: dates, route and number of passengers, from a broker whose company has passed our automatic checks. You answer in the app in two clicks.
Not listed yet? Brokers’ requests reach you as a clean e-mail. Once you’re listed, you answer in the app.
Payments
The client pays you directly, on your invoice, and pays the broker’s fee to the broker. Nothing passes through MagniFly. If you pay the broker a commission, you settle it after the flight, as agreed between you. You pay MagniFly a plan from €390 a month for up to 3 aircraft, and a commission only after a flown and paid flight sourced through the platform.

Only vetted brokers see your rates
MagniFly Search is closed to travellers, sports clubs and companies booking their own trips, so your broker rates reach brokers only.

Automatic checks at sign-up
- An active tax ID: Polish numbers against the VAT white list, EU VAT numbers in VIES
- An e-mail address on the company’s own domain, not free webmail
- Polish companies: a KRS or CEIDG profile in aviation, transport intermediation or travel
- Operators: the AOC number and the authority that issued it

Unlocked step by step
A registry match unlocks prices and masked operator contacts. Full contacts follow once your role is confirmed: operators by their AOC on the authority’s list, brokers by industry code, website or association. Unclear cases get an extra automatic check, not a queue.
Until the registry match, an account sees no prices and no operator contacts.

B2B terms
Brokers use the platform only to serve their own clients. Booking flights for their own company’s needs isn’t allowed.
A breach means a blocked account and a contractual penalty.
Each company’s trips, clients and quotes are private to that company.
