From your client’s call to a paid booking

Works on your phone. Once your company is verified, usually within minutes, a guided first search takes about a minute.

  1. Search

Enter the route, date and passengers. You see every aircraft that can fly it, an all-in estimate for each, and which ones are on the ground nearby.

  2. Request

Send one concrete request to the best-matched operators in one click. Operators on the platform answer in the app; the others get a clean e-mail.

  3. Compare

Quotes land in one table, cheapest first, with a list of who hasn’t replied yet.

  4. Offer and get paid

Your client gets a clean offer page and books by paying your booking fee straight to you. The operator is named in the booking confirmation.

Everything between the request and the booking

Built on reference data for 188 aircraft types, a European operator base that keeps growing, and more than 18,000 airports with runway lengths.

  • Any route, every aircraft

See which aircraft can fly a route, with an all-in estimate that includes positioning, crew nights and landings.

  • Live positions and availability

See aircraft on the ground near your client right now, from ADS-B data. For a future date, see which aircraft are likely to be near the departure, learned from where each one usually stands. It’s an estimate; the operator confirms.

  • Empty legs

Spotted automatically when an aircraft sits away from its base. Operators list their own as well.

  • One request, the right operators

One concrete request goes to the best-matched operators in one click. Quotes land in one table, cheapest first, with who hasn’t replied yet.

  • Client offers that close

A clean page with seats, times, flight time, total price and how long the offer is valid, without the operator’s name or registration. Your client books on the page and pays your booking fee straight to your account: your bank details are on the page, and in the Brokerage house plan your own branding and card checkout.

  • A clear money trail

Your client pays the flight to the operator, on the operator’s invoice, and your fee to you. MagniFly never holds client or operator money, and the app shows who has paid what and when.

  • Works with Claude

An MCP connector lets you ask in plain language: what can fly from A to B next Friday?.

  • Polish and English

Client offers are available in Polish and English to start.

Operators list their fleet in two minutes

Add your aircraft, base, availability and empty legs. Requests come only from verified brokers, with concrete dates, route and passenger count, and you answer in two clicks.

  • Plan from €390 a month for up to 3 aircraft; commission only after a flown and paid flight
  • Only vetted brokers see your rates
  • Paid directly by the client, on your invoice

How a listing and a request look

Verified companies only

MagniFly Search is not for travellers, sports clubs or companies booking their own trips. Three layers keep it that way.

  1. Automatic checks at sign-up

    • An active tax ID: Polish numbers against the VAT white list, EU VAT numbers in VIES
    • An e-mail address on your company’s own domain, not free webmail
    • Polish companies: a KRS or CEIDG profile in aviation, transport intermediation or travel
    • Operators: the AOC number and the authority that issued it
  2. Unlocked step by step

A registry match unlocks prices and masked operator contacts. Full contacts follow once your role is confirmed: operators by their AOC on the authority’s list, brokers by industry code, website or association. Unclear cases get an extra automatic check, not a queue.

Until the registry match, the account sees no prices and no operator contacts.

  3. B2B terms

You use the platform only to serve your own clients, as a broker or a carrier. Booking flights for your own company’s needs isn’t allowed.

A breach means a blocked account and a contractual penalty.

Your clients never see it

Each company’s trips, clients and quotes are private to that company.

Your client gets only the offer page you send: seats, times, flight time, total price and how long the offer is valid. No platform and no registration; the operator is named in the booking confirmation.

  • The operator is named in the booking confirmation
  • Your client pays your booking fee straight to you; MagniFly never holds the money
  • In the Brokerage house plan, offer pages carry your own branding and your own card checkout

Questions

Who can join?

Charter brokers and aircraft operators that hold an AOC, from any country. End clients can’t get an account: travellers, sports clubs and companies booking their own trips. Your clients never see the platform.

How does verification work?

In three steps, all automatic. At sign-up we check that your e-mail is on your company’s own domain and screen the company and the person against sanctions lists. Then we match your company in its official registry (Polish VAT white list, KRS or CEIDG, EU VIES and national registers abroad); that unlocks prices and masked operator contacts. Full contacts follow once your role is confirmed: operators by their AOC on the authority’s list, brokers by industry code, website or association membership. Where a registry has no online access, an extra automatic step replaces the wait: a domain proof, company documents or an ID check of the representative. No account waits in a queue for a person, and a sole trader can ask for a human review of a decision. The B2B terms apply from the first search.

Can a company book its own flights through it?

No. Under the B2B terms you use MagniFly Search only to serve your own clients, as a broker or a carrier. Booking flights for your own company’s needs breaks the terms and leads to a blocked account and a contractual penalty.

What do my clients see?

Only the offer page you send: seats, times, flight time, total price and how long the offer is valid. They never see the platform. The operator’s name and registration aren’t on the page, and the operator is named in the booking confirmation.

Who pays whom?

Your client pays the flight price directly to the operator, on the operator’s invoice, and your booking fee and margin directly to you: the offer page shows your bank details, and in the Brokerage house plan your own branding and card checkout. MagniFly never receives or forwards client or operator money. Any commission the operator pays you is settled between you after the flight.

Can I cancel?

Yes. A monthly plan runs to the end of the month you paid for; a yearly plan to the end of its year. The first period is refundable within 14 days. Operators and brokers both pay for a plan; the commission is due only on a closed, paid deal.

Which languages are offers in?

Client offers are in Polish and English to start.
